Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Pixel Plus Accessories, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• We recommend double-checking your shipping address, contact number, and product details before confirming your order.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To raise a return/replacement request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
• The product must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product. No monetary refunds will be processed.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation will not be eligible for return/replacement.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• Only replacement is available for eligible return requests.
• Prepaid order payments are strictly non-refundable, even in cases of RTO (Return to Origin).

4. RTO (Return to Origin)

• If the order is returned to us due to wrong/incomplete address, non-availability of customer, or refusal to accept, it will be treated as RTO.
• Customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges if they wish to have the order resent.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earphones, screen guards, and opened electronic accessories cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Pixel Plus Accessories does not provide extended warranties beyond manufacturer guidelines. Warranty claims, if applicable, must be made directly with the manufacturer.

7. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product.
